I know that there is at least one but can't recall so please suggest any free online SERP scraper.

If you want to scrape Google results, you can try this bookmarklet. You can set Google to show 100 results per page, then run the bookmarklet.

Go for Scrapebox or HRefer. If you get Hrefer you might as well just buy Xrumer, which does forum posts and blog posts, etc. Otherwise for pure scraping Scrapebox is cheap and the way to go.
