Hi I never use vps before so I need to ask some question?If I want to download and upload a lot porn video fast(ton of GB) ,and run 100 account of twitter on follow liker. What kind of vps do I need to use(Spec)? and window or linux?If it Linux what do I have to install because I heard that for window vps u will need CP panel and you have to pay for it which are very damn expensive here?Last question, where did those bastard download all HD jav from without water mark

What you are after is a Windows VPS for sure which is way easier to use and for some providers involve a different set of hardware than the linux VPS which are more oriented to run SEO tools.
The control panel you are more likely referring to is cPanel and it is used on linux to host websites wiht great ease without going through the hassle of how to configure your server through SSH.
On Windows you don't need any panel or anything else but the VPS itself to get going.

Regarding to the specifications anything with more than 1 GB of RAM and ideally 2 cores according to your budget would be perfect for your usage.

Also, would It be great idea if I use window vps for download all staff and upload, run bot only and pay for another hosting for run my wordpress site?

And if my wordpress site is Dmca copy content like porn video? , Do I need offshore vps to run website or just offshore web hosting is enough like share hosting.

In linux servers you can go for cPanel whereas in windows server you can go for plesk panel... You have mentioned that the control panel for windows is expensive, but i don't think so... Plesk panel for windows is needed to purchased for money, but instead there are free control panels are also available for windows.

Do I still need panel If I want to download upload and run follow liker or mass planner only with out hosting the web?
