Hello friends
Im join with installerex jan 2015. my conclusion "Installerex will pay you NET30 and for get your money you must wait your account manager send your earning reports and you must create invoice for get payment"

- Joined 18 January 2015 my earning is $2xx, my account manager send my jan 2015 earning reports on 6 feb 2015 and I got my first payment 1 march 2015

My problem

- My account manager dont send earning reports for february 2015 UNTIL NOW (15 march 2015) so I cant create invoice for request my feb 2015 payment. I've asked this problem to him, he said "I sent you yesterday an email (13 march 2015)" but when I check my email, no emails were sent by him and when I asked to be sent again, he gone did not answer until now.

anyone encountered a similar problem?

Same thing here, i haven't my report for february till now
 
Honestly, I think that Installerex should focus on fixing their site and they should automate some of their tasks. The fact that we have to contact our account managers to even request a payment or get an earnings report is ridiculous.
 
Yes man I'm also suffering from this my account manager said me 'I have thr invoice and transfered it to finance department'
we didnt send yet February payments
its net-30 method will be send in the next week''
 
Don't wait any raport guys... you must send the invoce to them without ask them...you can see your earnings from march, so, on 1-10 april send them the invoice with your earnings from march...is easy.
 
I ran into sort of equal issues before switching away from them. Reports and final numbers are always a big issue here. I therefore logged everything myself in Excel to keep track of the net profits. In the end, what comes in the bank is what matters :)

Stats and payment automation should be improved like it is standard in other networks.
 
The longer they keep your money the more interest they get as free income, true story.
