(ASK) 1 month blog 1-5 uv/day --> normal ????

Dear BHW'ers, need your help.

I have 2 new blogs, kod, 1 month old.
One in .com and one in .in
both of them not in english blog.
both using wordpress + yoast for on page optimizing.
for .in posted 1 post per day scheduled and for .com 2 post per day scheduled.
i'm focused on long tail keyword with low competition.
for .com i got <100 indexed and .in <220 indexed.

i got only 1-4 average uv/day.

is it normal? or I did some mistake?

what should i do to get better amount of visitor?

yes it is normal, as you only make posts and hope that something will happen, you need to rank that shit to get visitors

I put some backlinks from pr'ed site, manually and just occasionally to prevent lost of index.how to rank my post?

yea, i read a lot and confusing for which one correct and working. are methods from 2011 and before are still working for now?
