'as seen on'?

Has anyone on here seen this below the view count?
It displays a blog or website that has the video your
Watching linked.. My question is how do you get your site there?
I read on yt that it automatically shows the blogs diverting most
Views but ive noticed mine give double the views of site that are in the 'as seen on' bit... Something that i thought you lot may no the answer to.

so put the video on your website get a few thousand people to watch the video on the page and boom the video gets as seen on feature.

Yeh thats what the Youtube disclaimer says about it but as I said, I have noticed that my website will get well over double the views that the 'As Seen On' website gets. it is also ranked a shit load better in Google for relevant terms but it doesnt get shown? Started making me think....
