As Manager / Paid Social / Google Marketer

Looking for recommendations on a paid social and google ads marketer, spending quite a bit on ads right now and looking for someone to optimise what we are doing - our niche is toys/gaming so quite mundane.

Any recommendations for an ad manager would be great thank you,
