As the title says, when you're looking for a web hosting company what matters the most to you? Uptime, CloudFlare, 24/7 support, server location, Freebies?
Price, host's customer reviews + uptime and location. Money sites go on more reliable providers, less important ones can stay on cheaper hosts with backups.
Average support response times + activity/resolution times.
