As A Client What Now? A Question to mods

So there is a guy who got banned from BHW for being disrespectful towards mod.
But my question is as a client. What now for us? he got banned his bst got banned and now he can just take away all our money and flee. What if he doesn't reply and all.
What if someone does that intentionally. Say something to mod and then gets banned takes away all the money. many of you will think its a sht idea but its worth the effort though.
I am not disrespecting any mods here just asking a normal question that i came up with while going through some stuff today.

yeah thats the part i am worried about like .. what if someone creates 5 accounts . and maintaines them for 3 months. gets jr vip. gets a bst approved. and scams from all accounts one by one.

Haha so simple actually,rinse and repeat the process and you could trick the mods so easily lmao,It's useless when you have such good mods but they cannot stop some things loll,now we have to take responsibilities of getting scammed or not because Mods won't help you in this.

Why because they don't care about people who invested in a banned member lmao,this is like so easy scams damn!

If that's the case, he is never going to make a real business.

And takes a lot of time to get bst approved, not everyone can push a thread easily, they need patience af!

Keeping a thread active on the biggest marketing forum > scamming.

Dude lol,the guy who will scam here knows that what's the case and he will plan accordingly,also trust me the security of BHW is damn low in this case and useless.

Totally their loss, and try paying via PayPal if you don't trust a service provider.

And, if you don't like something, review it on the thread. I know it's difficult, but that's how you can protect seo newbies too.

if someone signs up to the forum, buys jrvip, launches a marketplace thread, maintains it and makes sales... why would they not just continue to run and grow a successful business?

Exactly,useless security here if there is no solution for it.

Infact very very useless,I would better hire freelancers on some verified sites instead of here and getting scammed lol,who knows who is a Scam here :)
 
Also, to answer the question, unfortunately if someone gets banned and you have an open order with them, you are at risk of losing your money.

As staff we can’t help that; if someone breaks the rules repeatedly then they will be banned regardless of their status on the forum.

This isn’t for our benefit, it is to protect the forum and it’s members.

for the record, I’ve had open orders with members when they’ve been banned and I’ve lost money that way, but I’ve also had one case where the member got banned but still took time to deliver the order afterwards.

u can pay by PayPal, buy from trusted sellers
there are differences between a freelancer site and bhw marketplace

Lol man. Get over yourself. No one's forcing you to buy from here. It's your choice. Due diligence is a part of the game, whether you buy from BHW or any other site.

Why can't you guys clear all the clients money before banning them,the rules are useless if you all cannot maintain a scam free website,unless it is not 100% possible but it is possible to reduce it which is not taken care of as of now.
 
That's why never paid directly, use paypal and you will probably safe.

You're the one who's shit talking. As if you'd do a favor buying from BHW BSTs. No one forced you to join, no one is forcing you to buy from here. If you can't accept the risk then move along and buy from a place that you like. The mods here have been managing hundreds of BSTs successfully for years now.

Probably.. yeah.. Happens everywhere. People run away to another country after stealing billions of dollar. The point is, a forum; or a marketplace cannot really stop people from scamming/getting scammed. They can mediate a dispute, but they cannot prevent it. So, do your due diligence before purchasing/selling ANYTHING on the internet (oh, even offline.. :p) for that matter.

@Zwielicht @BassTrackerBoats are best persons to reply to this, because as far as I know getting a bst approval is not that easy for banned member, mods check very deep and even post approval they’re constantly keeping an eye on the bst. Now why ban the membe till he has paid all, because some members dont wish to pay despite being given chances I have seen sl for $15 or $30 despite mods asking them to pay they bail out what are the mods supposed to do?.
