Arvixe is down ?!

For two days Arvixe seem's to be down . I try to acces it with other proxyes but still not work. All my websites are down and have the error "established databse conection..."
When i try to acces MySql DB or PHPMySql from cPanel it give me 2 errors.
Arvixe.com it not work from me , how can i contact them, enyone know what happens ?

Arvixe was purchased by EIG at the end of last year. There service has been terrible ever since then.

You should look into moving.

Arvixe has been balls for awhile now. I had to close down my VPS and moved my domains out of there not too long ago.

Arvixe have provided me with nothing but terrible service. Just before xmas they knocked out 4 eCommerce sites of mine for around 10 days... perfect timing... When I got them back the SERPS were f***ked all four now get around 10% of the traffic they did before the server errors losing me around $500 a month.

My recommendation is move. They are cheap but you get what you pay for and that is piss poor service and a lot of server down time.

are you able to access cpanel? If so like it seems you say you can in the post then the server is not down. If you are getting an error "established databse conection

That is usually a config file issue where either the wrong path or password, user name to database is.

If you have backup of your sites it might just be a good time to move web host. If we can help let us know.

My recommendation please just find other hosting provider. If you are able to login to their Cpanel, then backup all your files, databases and then find new hosting providers. I also see many threads same like you. I dont know what happened with them.

arvix was Good hosting but after sold to new they are now not much in. Already transferred to host9.

I am very regret to subscribe to their hosting last year June. Before subscribes, I actually went to search and read a lot of reviews and I found many of good reviews on Arvixe. I then sign up for 1 year VPS hosting with them. But was feel bad after that. I been submit a lot of tickets to their support almost every few days. Their server kept going down and my email was receiving a lot of server down messages from them very often.

I have tired to live chat with their support as they seem very bad trained. What they are expert in is keep asking for your username, last 4 billing login password for verification. Even I have login to their support site and submit ticket, they still asking for verification, very stupid.

I had have enough with them, Been start moving out my sites gradually. Its pain in the ass as I have like 20 domains with them and now it just caught up my time to migrate them out.

Yes, they used to be great hosting provider. It seems your new hosting provider also owned with EIG, I find it here - http://bit.ly/1VNo3w6. haha... Be careful.

From the reviews on this thread, it seems like Arvixe is definitely a shitty hosting company. Get a backup and move away from them.

It becomes useless and wastage of time. You should have to move to any other hosting services providers. There are many good hosts like Hostgator, Blue Host, iPage, etc.
