U can get it for free.I always using artisteer to create blogspot template.

i have bought it but i need to pay 59$ to get more updates. Dont need it at the moment but it is a very useful tool

Don`t use Artisteer. Just go to the "download sections" and look for Wordpress, Blogger or other themes. I use this program and results about seo was horrible. Easy to use but total bullshit. My 0.02 $.

Ive been using Artisteer for about 8 months. I inherited it (ehem).
What I have to say about it is I love it. Im big into writing code by hand especially PHP & have WP blogs. it was so hard for me to creat a site and then format a WP blog the same quickly.. Well Artisteer did the job. Its great with CSS compliance so there are very little errors compared to most programs out there. I can create a html template then a duplicate wp template so my whole site flows from front to back.
In regards to SEO.. This is something that will ALWAYS have to be done seperately, and the only reason for that is because your content isnt the same as another person so SEO is unique. If your ever told a program can do it all sweet LET ME KNOW! I havent found it.
My rating for artisteer.. 4 Stars out of 5.. Only reason for 4 is because there is still a small limitation, I wish they would just allow install addon packs for templates.
