I would suggest that you post a Gig on Fiverr and work on Upwork if people want to buy Art.
You could also go on Etsy with it. Create Social Media Accounts and post valuable content on there to drive traffic to those avenues.
That would be how I would start if I wanted to sell art / drawings as a freelancer.

Hey Sayan this is a shot in the dark but you might also look into Kindle Publishing.
What I am thinking about specifically are low-content books - specifically coloring books.
If you can spit out some outlines quickly you might be able to sell something, I've seen people on BHW writing about making money with this type of book on Kindle.
Also look into Print-on-Demand.
