Buying traffic?commenting?Backlinking?If yes what are the best backlinking strategys for articles?

OP, you should have gone further saying:

• If no what are the worst strategies that I should work on?
• If no or yes what is that?
• If yes and no, can you give me the admin pass of google?
• If a car goes down a street at 100mph, will I be able to drink my milk while my gf kissing my ear?
• If inception is possible, then why people say "welcome to real world" or "Ill be back"?
• Does an elephant is really a big bug who can sit on page one with a pr 10?

I didnt ask for your car keys i just wanted to know what would be the right direction.
I dont have too much money ,so i can not afford to pay for something what isnt work.
Didnt ask a complete method just suggestions.
