My domain just got deindexed by google and i have few articles on that website, it's ok to took these articles and put on new domain ?

It's best to delete the articles and domain and wait for it to fall out of google.. I would wait about 1 week or so at least after you have deleted the domain. And then go ahead and post them to your new site.

Yes you can use that articles on your new website but make sure no one has used them before you lol.
