I like to do SEO on my own, I have search 3 good keywords for each keyword I have written 400 words articles by my hand. In 20 web 2.0 submissions can I use same articles without spin as it is same words nothing will be changed. With this, any problem will be there?

You can be more certain with the results if you choose to go for a little rewriting with your content, just to make sure that you won't get hit by any penalty for duplicate content. You can opt to hire a content writer to do this for you, instead.

Re write or spin your articles on the very least mate. Google ain't a fool no more, and those who try to fool her are only fooling their own selves.

Keep things clean from your side as much as possible if you don't want to wake up to a penalty or an update ruining everything for you.

I totally agree. Try everything you can to achieve a flawless and smooth flow. You'll never know when updates can kill your page, especially with duplicate content.
