Safe yourself a lot of time and headaches. Only submit to the ones that are over 1 year old, because while it's great to build a list, you quickly realize you are spinning your wheels with many of these article sites. I submit to about 20, which is pretty good if you do one submission per page on your main money site. Then let guest posting fill in the gaps

I would suggest you to take out your AMR , get your list , have a blast with decent looking article. Track the approval , check the live link after 2 days. There is no other option to get a fast approval list and i don't think any one will share it too.
another option is go to fiverr , order a article blast and track the approval by adding your own token .
