Article writting information [plz]

Hey ho,

There was a thread on here about articles, it explained something about taking rough notes and compiling points ect, unfortunatly no matter how hard I try I can't find it.....so if someone knows where that thread is OR a good method for writing about something you don't know please post here.

There was also a question posted on another thread but no one gave a definitive answer. With one article, should you submit it to multiple article directories?
