Article Writer, SirTimberWolf, Does not give order.

I ordered $30 of articles from this guy: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/705411-sirtimberwolf.html back in March, got several nice follow up emails about how he was busy and will deliver articles later, 2 months later, never heard a word. Tried a paypal refund request, skype, email, BHW Private message, and his website is down. Took the money and ran. So just posting this for people to know to not do business with him.

Both SirTimberWolf and srinu0812 (the Op and owner of that BST) have been notified they have 48 hours to respond.

and I wanted to help him by giving him an initial push by creating him a free BST. He done well and I was happy as he earned some money.

All of a sudden I don't know why, he stopped responding to customer's orders (according to the replies on the BST) and to my PM's.
I hope he is okay but this is not acceptable from him. All the payments were done to his PayPal and I am no way affiliated with him.
I am just sad that he did not respond to my emails or PM's inspite of helping him. That's okay.

I take complete responsibility for your loss, HalfHumble and I want to pay you back those $30.

I sent a PM to send me an invoice at the stated email. Please do so.

PS. I request OS to not to delete this shitlist even though the payment is done and proceed with SirTimberWolf's account as per forum's rules.

I thank you for stepping up - as it turns out, again. I had only vaguely remembered the thread you posted and it was only when I went back to read it again that I was reminded it was about SirTimberWolf.

I am not going to hold you accountable for any other complaints towards him - what you posted was out of goodwill, not a partnership per se. I thank you for refunding HalfHumble once he sends you the details but if others post, it is SirTimberWolf's failure, not yours. He was given a hand up and failed to keep up his end of the agreement - that's on him.

I think that something happened to Timber. I am worried about him. We corresponded and then he just stopped. He had no reason to stop talking to me, as I didn't have any transactions with him. Old Salt, please don't close his account until someone hears from him and he can say that he is okay. He was homeless and was excited when srinu helped him. He was doing the work from an underpass at times. I really hope he's okay.

You two would get along well because you're both awesome people.

These guys certainly dont help motivated writers on BHW get more business. They tarnish the reputation of the BST and freelancer sections at large and hurt everyone's business.

It's a shame, really.

Something could have happened to him though. The Northeast had a brutal winter and he was homeless. He was sick in March and the last time I heard from him was the end of March.

Some people don't understand how fragile life is and all we can hope is that maybe one day they will be incapacitated and return to read some arrogant know-it-all's comment how they damaged the reputation of the BST section and hurt everyone's reputation while maybe they were just trying to stay alive.

BTW, there are plenty more damaging threads stored in Google's cache and republished on other blogs about BHW BST members losing much larger amounts (100x to 1000X larger) due to crooked BST sellers. I don't think someone making a claim for $30 and getting it settled even makes as much as a fingerprint smuge on the BHW's BST reputation.

I know in my business, like many others, if something tragic were to happen to me that nobody would know how to run it; not even my wife of 20 years.

I really have to second this issue, I had dealings with him outside BHW and I know that he was squatting and using free wifi in malls etc to get his content rolling. Plus I know it's private and all, but one of my business partners actually had quite the internet friendship with him, writing on skype multiple times per week etc...

All of a sudden he doesn't answer on his skype and his website is suspended... as tough as it sounds, I really think something bad happened to this poor guy! I'm usually the first person to suspect bad intent and all, but in this case I really doubt this to be the issue!

I know he took on too much work for too little cash, but I honestly doubt he did a runner! If anybody knows something about his whereabouts etc, I'd love to know.. I was actually in the middle of offering him a full-time job when he disappeared.

On a side note, I just discovered that when trying to look at his book or author page on amazon you get this: "We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site". Unsure why that would be so as it wasn't that bad a book

The site he had set up is no longer there but the WHOIS has a phone number and address.

There is a business operating at that address, I don't know if it has anything to do with sirtimberwolf but maybe one of you guys based in NYC can give it a call and make sure the guy is OK

The fact that there seems to be several caring and compassionate members makes me realise why I keep signing on in here.

I scoped the entire internet looking for him or info that might give a clue as to what happened to him. Everything I tried led to nothing. I am upset about this.

Never thought people can be so compassionate on a forum like BHW! Appreciate your care for a near-to-stranger person.

The address & phone number he gave there is the address of his old pawn & thrift shop. Sadly that's been closed for a longish time and no longer connected to him!

I know he had family in that area, but no connection to them at all... He was planning to move for a while, so I'm kinda hoping he got on that bus and just rode out of dodge. Given how bad the winter was, the alternative is rather bleak...

The sad thing is that if he passed, there wouldn't even be an obituary unless the family put it in. The homeless are not even given an acknowledgement in this world. They just disappear off the earth without so much as a nod. It's very sad.

I have a good news, bad news update.

The good news is that SirTimberWolf is alive and well.

The bad news is that he created a new account (Silverwolf Media) to avoid responsibility to what was due.

Both have been perma-banned.

I'm a she. lol I thought you knew. Timber, if you see this, I want you to know that I am glad you're alive. But I am very disappointed in you. People thought you were dead. We worried about your health and well being. We genuinely cared about you. You knew that people were worried and you didn't have the decency to say that you were okay. If something happened that kept you from finishing the work, you could have come to one of us and said something. We could have tried to help you. But to say nothing and then come back under another name, pose as a woman on fiverr, and let us worry is terrible.
