Why they are creating article with nonsense keywords?
For example Haxillzojid54

Whats the point? To manipulate ahrefs traffic?

Yes exactly, I see such junk traffic even on semrush. They also click the links to fake the traffic to the site using a ctr manipulation tool.

Yes, usually that's the point.

There are many such keywords.
This one seems to be a popular username. Or might be something else altogether
