article to video with voice over?

Hey guys, does anybody know a web app that creates videos from text but with ai voice over of the text?

Lots of people use it for making product review videos. Something like lumen5 but with the ai voice over. I remember bumping into one that offers both on google but I can't seem to remember the name.
