Article time

It depends. If it was something I knew off the top of my head without needing to research, then 2000 words would take me about an hour. And that's not counting putting in any affiliate links. If the article needed research and I needed to put in affiliate links, it would take me many hours. I'd allow a whole morning or afternoon at the very least.

It's depend on the niche and knowledge you have... I don't think its a bad time. You can use grammarly. May be it help you in saving your time in grammar mistakes.

Don't force yourself. If you spend 2 hours but the article is high quality then is worth it.
There are timer apps you can use to measure your time. I guess a method to write better would be, well, reading high quality content more often, the more the best.

It depends on what you are writing about, how familiar you are with the topic, how inspiring it is for you, do you use some keywords and special phrases in articles, and so on. If you want to improve the speed of writing the best suggestion would be to first write about topics where you have a lot of things to say, to make some kind of a structure before you actually start writing as it will help you increase the speed, to define titles, subtitles in advance, and so on.

As you become more proficient at the topic you are writing about, you will be able to increase your speed.
