Article Talent - Are These Valuable?

My past IM experience has been ad focused with little content, and as we all know, content is becoming very important to SEO.

For almost 6 months now I have been working on a new project. Writing articles around the topics of personal development in which I eventually would like to write a book on. Within this time I also considered articles around internet marketing with tips and info on SEO and SMO.

After signing up with Blackhatworld I noticed there are many opportunities around articles. Many people here with outstanding experience in writing, and others who like to pay for those to write for them. Personally, I cannot see myself selling my articles to any person or company. I like to keep my writing my own. However, I would like your expert opinions as to how valuable my articles are.

Make sure you PROOFREAD your articles OP, grammatical errors and such won't sit well with high-paying clients. I only read one, but it wasn't terrible (although the lack of spaces and the "<<<<<" wasn't necessary at all!).

Also why does this seem like an unofficial sales thread of sorts? "How much would you pay?" is pretty much a way of putting your services out there.

Value as in a price or value as in what they could generate in terms of visitors or value in terms of ???

A and B are not a good marriage as to a post.

I guess the question came from all of the previous thread posts I been looking through. As I said, I am not interested in buying or selling my articles.
"IF" I were to sell them, what value would people put on them.

As for placing links... Wow. This forum has already become insulting and negative. I was asking for opinions on articles I have written, and that is all. Nobody is trying to sell anything, and I hadn't posted any links. What I had posted would not benefit me in any way other than feedback from the questions I asked.

You can use code CODE tag to post your articles here. In this forum newbies can't post link for the common reason, it's simple to spam. Insluting? lol

I didn't look at your articles because you simply bypassed the rules with a loophole.

The forum owner does not want someone with a small post count to post links so what you did was bypass that by changing http to hxxp.

It is not insulting for someone to point out to you that you posted links against the TOS... it is a person that thought it proper to point out the rule to you in their way.

It IS insulting for you (not to the general members but certainly to the owner/staff) to loophole your way to post links to your site when the owner of the site has a rule in place, as well as coded it into place, for you not to post those links.

I have learned from this one, no worries on that.
Being a member of many forums for some time now, and this one being a newer one to my collection I had messed up the rules.

Actually, I thought I read something about placing hxxp instead http within the rules. Having to blame this on late night joining of this forum, and misunderstanding a few things within the rules. (Thinking the forum owners did not want backlinks period, so instead use this format.)

Without a doubt, you should expect more rule abiding by me, and so you will. This occurrence was an absolute accident.

I do not understand one thing
If the OP is not willing to sell or buy any service then why in the earth has he posted this thread - to understand the value of his writings
OP if you do not want to sell or buy then why evaluate, this is not a critics forum page my friend. Moreover your work should be valuable to you as in whatever it is you should be proud of your work whether someone likes it or not, why evaluate unnecessarily ....

Op since you have broken the TOS as well, hence it would be good if you can close this post and or remove this post, since whenever anyone makes a reply to the thread of this post, the post goes back to the top and once checked by a mod you could be banned, so my suggestion would be close and remove this post ASAP - HOW TO DO IT - search BHW site for the same.

Those articles are hard to sell even for $1 per 500 words. Sorry to break it but services which charge $2-3 per 500 words are pretty good these days. I won't hire you for even $0.5 per 500 words for example. So $0.5-1 per 500 words is possible if you work for a direct client. If you work for other writers then $0.25-0.5 per 500 words.
