Good list, though when people here say SS they usually mean Sick Submitter, not SEO Suite.

Thanks for info. Would be nice to have links to sales threads on BHW, many products have discount coupons for BHW users.

One of the services you forgot is:

Article submit auto - http://www.articlesubmitauto.com

They only submit to the top article directories, including ezine articles
