Article submission help?

It seems like a lot of big names have thousands of article directory links and still make them. However, they use a decent number of most likely hand spun articles. I am talking big competitors for big niches also. Does anyone have advice on getting "White hat" spun articles and any services to make them and submit them to directories? Thoughts and opinions appreciated it.

use Best Spinner and use some manual work on them while spiining it and out come would be great

It's not 100% automated, I think of it as manual spinning made easy, it can output 1000 articles or give you the spin code to submit to your submission software and it's just a one off payment rather than a monthly subscription.
