I have read several threads where members are looking for the best article spinners. Here's a review of several article spinners and rewriters that I have used. If you have others please include your choices as well as your opinion of the ones that I have listed here.
First understand that not all article writing tools do the same thing. Here's a brief explanation of the differences.
Article Spinners - Paste article, click submit and the software will spin your article using their synonym database. It is difficult to find one that produces a quality article.
Artice Spinners Using Syntax - Using these online and desktop spinners you manually add variations of your words, phrases or sentences and it creates a seed article that can be respun an unlimted number of times. These spinners require more input from you but produce articles that can pass copyscape and are the most unique.
Article Rewriter - You can rewrite your article one sentence or paragraph at a time, click submit and you have a new article. The down side of these programs are that they generally only create one article at a time.
I. ARTICLE SPINNERS
I have also tried many of the online spinners that use synonyms to change your article, most of them are pure junk but if you insist on trying one these two create articles that you can use if you are willing to spend a little more time editing them.
1. Free Article Spinner - The difference with this online spinner is that is allows you to choose the density of change for your articles. Meaning if you choose 1 your article will only have minimal changes but will be less unique. If you choose 9, you article will have major changes but will definitely be less readable ( junk). 4 is the default setting and normally gives you something that you can work with ( minor editing still needed)
2. Go Rewrite - Uses a large database of synonyms to rewrite your article and offers the following 5 choices:
The 5 Options - which to choose? There are three synonym for each word - let call them -word- , -syn1- and -syn2-
a) Substitute Option 1 is the one that makes most sense, each -word- is replaced with -syn1- most of the word selection is focused on this option.
b) Substitute Option 2 is the next best, each -word- is replaced with -syn2-.
c) Substitute Option 3 each -syn1- is replaced with -syn2-.
d) Substitute Option 4 does the substitution in reverse -syn1- is replaced with -word-.
e) Substitute Option 5 again in reverse each -syn2- is replaced with -word-.
The first two are likely to produce the best results without changes in grammar and should retain the least changes in meaning. The last three are meant to provide other alteratives and more radical suggestions for users to choose from.
You can repeat the process but this many produce obscure results.
An Online Dictionary and Thesaurus is provided to help you find new word suggestions. You should aim to re-express the material in your own words using the word suggestions and your own ideas.
II. ARTICLE SPINNERS USING SYNTAX
There are two online sites that will generate many articles from one seed article using the { |} syntax symbols.
1. CreWriter allows you to paste your article, right click each word, phrase or sentences, insert several variations and it will create the syntax symbols for you. When you have inserted the synonyms that you want for each word you will have a perfectly formatted seed article that you can copy and save for later use and spin it as many times as you want
on their page.
2. Simply Free Article Spinner - Create a seed article, spin as many times as you want, save and spin again when needed.
a) Paste your article
b) Insert brackets around sentences that you want to spin and/or word(s) within sentences
c) click expand phrases and insert variations
d) click done , and spin as many times as you need for new articles.
e) your source article can be copied and saved for later use.
3. Matt Callen's Article Spinner - By far the best free spinner online. It has features that are very helpful including:
a) Calculating keyword and theme word density
b) Search and replace words in article
c) A library with suggestions for beginning, ending and transition phrases
d) A library of common words, common phrases and common quotes to help in writing your article
e) Keyword linker to create anchor text for your keywords
f) Your output file can be in text or html format
g) Of course there you can include variations / spin your title, author's name, body of the article, and resource box.
The site does offer a spinning service that converts your article using a thesaurus on a a low, medium and high level but only in the paid version
III. ARTICLE REWRITING TOOLS
1. Easy Article Rewriter - This is not a spinning tool. It makes it simple to rewrite your article one sentence at a time and ALWAYS pass copyscape. It is one of my favorite tools - rewriting one sentece only takes a few seconds and therefore the quality and uniqueness of your article will be superior.
DRAWBACK - Once you complete the article you can't respin it.
2. Article Writing Assistant - This is not a spinning tool but helps you to write articles in 10 minutes or less.
a) Enter your topic
b) Enter your main and subtopics
c) Using connecting phrases, it will generate the article for you - pretty good quality. I normally make slight edits to make sure that my article has my personality. The home page looks like a sales page but it is a free service.
DRAWBACK - Everytime you login, you have to see an annoying one time only offer - just scroll to the bottom and hit no thanks. If you use it for a large volume of articles your articles may start to share common connecting phrases

Use Synomat to quickly rewrite any content article to produce unique content for your website. Just 3 simple steps and in less than 5 minutes you will rewrite an article.
a) Paste your original article text with any HTML formatting into the Synomat input form.
b) Choose the synonyms most suitable for your article in the from the drop-down boxes.
c) Copy the rewritten text with your original HTML formatting.
Drawback - The number of synonyms that you have to choose from is limited. You may have to edit it a bit more before it passes copyscape.
