Article Spinner?

Is there an article spinner that spins articles saved as individual text files that don't have spin syntax? Like the ones you scrape using Scrapebox?

I think "the best spinner" or "instant article wizard" can do this task, but lets see other users views.

I've tried every one I have heard of. Chimp, Chief, AI, Best...

All the commercial ones seem to do this. Most of the free ones don't

WordAi does this, but its the priciest option out there. If Im not mistaken spinrewriter does this as well.
