Article scrapping from Expired domain?

Yes, you can scrape the article from the Expired domain via archive.org. before using that content do not forget to check it's already posted or not you can use quetext. there are many tools available on the internet https://www.waybackmachinedownloader.com/ or free tool: https://github.com/sangaline/wayback-machine-scraper

I've been doing scraping from expireddomain a lot when finding content for my PBNs. Some sites with very little content I just copy and paste. Mostly I write my own script on python to get the content. Webharvy and content grabber should come in handy for you if you dont have knowledge about coding.

why would you check if it's already posted on a different website? how does that change anything? thanks

Because if it is already used on another site and you use it on your site, you will get penalised for duplicate content. Always check it on Copyscape first.
