Ive had good results with Power Article Rewriter

PAR is a good spinning program, but it doesn't rewrite for you with no work involved. You still must spend the time getting it to the point where you can spin it. Then again I never did read the directions
!
I think Silent is looking for a program to do all the work for him and although I have not yet tried it is trevors new one.

Article rewriting is about getting the IDEA from an article and putting it back in your OWN words by researching, inventing, adding, changing, etc., so that it doesn't convey the original writer's message...
So, there aren't any good rewriter softwares that can do so much for you. Google Translate can help you play the article in different languages, Wordflood can help you only with synonyms, PAR can help you spin multiple articles, (these 3 are helping me a lot), and so on. Ultimately it's your own creativity that counts even in rewriting.
Great headlines, flawless grammar, correct punctuations, great flow-of-ideas, good writing style, promoting your articles, getting 'targeted' attention and even impressing your reader is all about writing success. There aren't any software that can do all these for you... 'Work' is absolutely essential, even if you are hiring a team of writers... Guess, a great human writer is THE ultimate rewriting 'software' you need!
Almost everybody is doing one or many of these -- So, shortcut to all is to learn to copy creatively and succeed.

srb888 put it well they are a great help but in the end nothing beats the human mind and regarding to your question the programs i think that do the job well are microsoft works,wordflood,powerarticlerewriter.
