I found some programs online that rewrite keywords in articles. Will google detect them or will they really get you higher in the search engines?

Spintaxing was always been here, but the main problem is that people don't know how to properly use it. A low quality spintax article will not get you long term results, but a high quality spintax could offer the advantage which you need when submitting content to blog networks and web 2.0 sites.
