Article published with out credits

Recently i have uploaded articles to article directory and found that some of the webmasters have copied the articles in there website (not rewritten ) with out giving proper credits and link back to my website in the article recourse section . I have tried to contact the webmaster using there email address and even the comment section saying but no reply , What can i do for this one of the webmaster is a self proclaimed IM Guru who teaches others the IM ( i think he teaches other genuin marking wile stealing othere articles with out proper credites ) Is there any way to find the hosting service and ask them to close the article page if the webmaster is not responding

Much the same thing happened to me.

I ended up doing a whois search on the domain to find the phone number of the webmaster, called him (he's in India and I'm in Europe), mentioned I saw my own unique material on his website, and the least he could do is provide a link to my website.

Checked this morning, and the link is there.

I just found out the webhosting service for that website , What about contaciting the webhost and reporting an abuse .

Send a DMCA request to his web host... If it's US they will force him to remove or shutdown his site...
