Article Marketing Robot Advice Needed!

Hey I want to know whats the best practice of using AMR without getting sandboxed. I spent a long time messing with code and customizing one of my sites and I just bought AMR to use it but Im asking if its right to submit 1 article to all directories at once EVERYDAY for the same keyword.

1. Is it better to dripfeed your articles? If so, how many at a time?

2. How many author accounts do you setup backlinking one site?

3. Are linkwheels or link pyramids good? Is it good to make a squidoo lens with a keyword backlinking to your money site and just use AMR to boost SEO on that squidoo lens? Or will google sandbox everything?

4. Deathbydecaptcher says its not working, is there another way to get around the decaptchas?

I am asking this because I want to know a good strategy that will keepme away from the Sandbox. Thanks

Thanks Remmy for the reply! Yeah I know its about quality, I only want to blast to sites PR1 and above and maybe a few PR0's but not much. Im just hesitant about submitting all directories at once or dripfeeding them thinking that it will take forever for google to index.

Im thinking of making an article, putting the OG version on EzineArticles and Goarticles, then spinning it up real good and blasting it on AMR. Then the next day making another article and doing the same thing, and so on and so on. The only thing is, should I use the same keyword everyday for different articles or will Google get pissed off with that? Do I need to mix it up everyday?
