Article Marketing Question

Ok this is my question, is there any point in submiting articles in technorati or ezinearticles in english and place links inside that point to a bulgarian website wich has content written in bulgarian?

I really dont see the point, but also there is no good article directory website in my country, they suck so bad and rank so low i was thinking of creating one.

you can rank international sites with backlinking from any types of sites. Yes, you gain better results from backlinks on your site's language, but still using international sites will probably achieve the results you are after..

The point of article marketing is to get other webmasters to pick my article and publish it, who is going to pick an article that points to a foreign website? Should i go for that one link?

You can download your content relate to your keyword niche in english then translate in your local language, then publish it.
