Recently, an article was posted on INC.com. The posted article can be seen on google search but I cannot see its cache version. Infact every article posted on INC.com does not have cache version.

Does it count in backlink? Anyone has any idea?

Perhaps there is meta nocache set up. It's not a problem. The problem is whether it's a noindex.

OP, everything that is displayed with the Google site: command is indexed, so it is calculated (unless disavow is done).
Don't worry about your cache and check the meta tag "no-cache" (find the source of the page and type "no-cache" using CTRL+F command).

I cannot find no cache tag. But I can see noarchive tag in header. So this is the reason as said by gman777?
