Article directory or document sharing site?

just want to know what is the best place to submit an article, article direstory(ezine,articlebase) or document sharing site(scribd,docstoc)

both. but, don't expect to get as much traffic as article directories.

I've landed on many docstoc and scribd pages with affiliate promotions and bought from them. I noticed that these pages rank fairly well for long tail keywords. You should definitely do both.

Yes, but i thing submit to document sharing is good because they approved within a minutes. But which is convert well? Document sharing site or article directory?

Which converts more? In my opinion, the document sites convert more but only if done the right way.

Let me explain. In the documents you submit, you can write anything. There are no editorial guidelines so what you can do is right a salesletter to get the reader to buy something or sign up to something.

Theres also less competition for keywords in these sites. The only thing is that the article sites rank higher overall.
