These days I am making Guest book links only from those websites which having DA more than 20, and Spam Score is maximum 3, Is it helpful for me?

Guest post links are good you are trying that so check it's relevancy and backlinks quality.
You can also try Web 2.0 links to your money site.And also try to get links from branded sites related to your niche to increase the traffic.It will increase the metrics as well.
