article directories discounted too?

with all the shit going on, are the article directory links discounted too? i used to be able to blast a highly spun article to AMR type web sites, and wp article directories and get a huge initial boost for my web sites. the recent 3 attempts, my sites did not move a single spot at all. Is this what you are seeing too? All 3 domains are different in terms of age and authority so i feel like i have a good set of samples.

I haven't seen great success lately, but then again, I never really saw very good results with AMR.

yes usually the consensus was amr does not work really good. i dont use amr, i use my tool but it posts to the same sites amr does. and i have always had awesome results. till now. it is pretty sad.
