There's a thousand article writing services, but have any of you had any luck paying someone to come up with just a list of specific article ideas/titles for a blog? Has that kind of service been commoditized yet and are they any good?

Just be specific with what you want with your article. Be sure to also look for quality and not settle for cheap services.

There's several blog post name generators on Google search but I wouldn't call them great. In my opinion, the most effective method in brainstorming blog titles is related keyword research, including LSI keywords.
