article arbitrage

Does anyone here do article arbitrage? If so, any tips on where to buy and sell and how to do so? Thanks

I was looking into this a bit and have experimented with arbitrage. It seems to be one of those things that works theoretically but not so much in reality. I find that when I outsource articles cheap (iWriter) to sell them expensive (Constant Content), I still have to tweak and proofread, etc. It's never a simple matter of "buy low" and ""sell high." It makes more sense just to scrape and spin something myself for free. If you found a great writer who produced exactly what you needed for cheap, then arbitrage would be effective. Unfortunately, that's almost a nonexistent scenario.

Many people are doing arbitrage . If you look the Buy and sell thread
all these companies are doing arbitrage . They are paying writers x and charging the clients X+Y.

go and outsource to asia...they are good writers and charge very little too.

I do that for a living, by selling qualitative articles for a reasonable price, most of my clients in turn selling them for a profit. However, it works best when you have offline clients or clients that land on your website. If you wish to sell via forums, might not be worth the effort

There are many people out there who are doing this. Especially people from Asia are making their livelihood out of this.

Over the years, a number of suggestions as to how to smoothly set up an arbitrage scenario have been discussed on this forum. Some have mentioned using foreign locations of Craigs List to find English instructors abroad who will write for you in at the lower rate. Another tactic has been to buy articles bulk, which can lower the rate per article, then turn them around to sell to others at better rates. Most recently, using reliable writers on Fiverr has been the easy way to get cheap outsourced asrticles.

Almost all scenarios do require you to double check the content before passing it on to your client. Try not to think of it as "writing it yourself anyway" and more like editing, saving you time in drafting and research. If one writer is clearly too inferior and making you do extensive re-writes or corrections, just dump them. It's just always much better to have an existing new bunch of unique articles you only have to spell check, than to write articles from scratch.
