I don't have a dedicated server, I'm just on my home PC and on home broadband so it's not too fast, even though it might not seem like a lot for you guys it was a lot for me. I had my laptop on for 3 days harvesting URLs, I got up to around 15,000,000 URLS.

Then I couldn't take it anymore and had to stop it, I figure there are already so many dupes in there there wouldn't be that many uniques left over.

I waited for it to say finished posting etc., and that it had extracted the urls exceeding 1 million into separate files in the scrapebox folder. But then, an error message popped up. I've had this before but not on f*king 15 mil urls I mean come on.

Sweetfunny, is there any way to recover these URLs? Scrapebox is great but how can I trust the darn thing when you need it to harvest large amounts of URLs it just cuts out on you and you're left with jack sh*t. :( I am cry

You must have entered a ton of keywords to have harvested 15 million URL's. Obviously programs like this are going to use a lot of memory/bandwidth and these things are going to happen. It's best to have a max of a few hundred keywords to harvest URL's from at one time.

first off, run it on XP, if you don't have xp, run vmware with xp installed and then make sure you get the crash plugin, that will save you alot of time and money. also, when posting, besure to check your ip's , if your going to post millions, then you will need at least a few thousand free proxies or 100+ private proxies

Where is the Harvester Sessions folder? Please excuse if the answer to this is patently obvious I am just not thinking very well right now! May I suggest for future versions some kind of automatic backup logger installed by default (not an addon) since, if SB is going to crash by default, there should be some measures to at least prevent the fallout from that. Admittedly, I was and still am so amazed by the tool that I thought it could never do wrong. I would just like to recover the URLs if at all possible.

Unlucky there dude; best to install all the plugins and there updates when they become available; scrapebox is known for unexpected crashes so dont be surprised to lose hours of work if you dont!!

That's exactly what the logger done if you enabled it once, and now the harvester sessions folder does automatically.

Hmm...ok, thanks... it seems I must have an old version of SB then. I assumed it was auto-update. That must be why I can see no harvester sessions folder.

Well, at least if I ever have grandkids and I make a success of this IM thing, then I will be able to tell them this story and laugh upon it...almost.
