Are YouTube accounts worth anything?

I was just wondering if a single youtube account is worth anything if it has over 1,000,000 REAL traffic views. Either across multiple videos or just one video.

It also has a popular Music Artists name in the username too.

After the implementation of SMS VERIFICATION it certainly worth something and you said 1,000,000 i guess it can be sold easily
