Are your accounts spending?

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but for the last few days my accounts haven't been spending.

Is anyone else having this issue? Lets share ideas on what we've tried to get it to spend

I just duplicated the ad on one account but doesnt seem like its working... another option is to reupload, but I dont want to have to go thru the approval process and possibly get the account flagged.

Any other suggestions?
