Feels good. If you're worried about protein, you get:
1. quinoa
2. red lentils and rice
3. green lentils
4. oatmeal for magnesium
5. cashews for easy calories and fats
You can't get more fiber in your diet than this. And believe it or not, fiber does way more than just protein from meat.
Eating a portion of meat or some eggs will help you avoid b12 deficiency. I would recommend eating eggs instead of supplements containing b12.
