Are you using Backjacker ?

Hello everyone, is there anyone here bought the backjacker wordpress plugin? i keep getting this problem for a few weeks already, it use to work without any problem but lately the plugin keeps disabling randomly. I had to re enter the license put my old settings. Btw their support is not responding anymore.
