I see some threads posts being shown on Instagram but do not care to visit that site. I feel it will never reach 1/100th of the status of Twitter ever. Do you also declare it as a failure already?

Yes, a lot of people installed it but very few are using. It was hyped at the beginning as it was considered a competitor of X (formerly known as Twitter) but people lost interest due to its strange algorithm and short-lived content as people didn't find it as appealing as Twitter.

Hi, in my view, Threads were hyped during its release. But over the time, it was not picked by the user as it does not prioritize the news contents like X (twitter). As Threads were released as the competitor of X, it failed to sustain among the users. So, Yes it is considered as a failure already.

I don't think it fails, the evaluation depends on the user's criteria and goals. I still find Instagram very popular, Twitter and Instagram serve different purposes and have their own unique user base. Twitter is often used to share quick news, opinions, and brief interactions, while Instagram focuses on beautiful visual and video content.
