Are you happy?

ATM Mix of both. happy cause will have my second child tommorow, worry cause of paying the bill
fulfilled ? nah probably never? i think the moment we fill fulfilled , is the momen we put our guard down and stop growing as a person

Congratulations on your second child. Children are a real blessing; if you make them happy, they will give you everything back and more (until they're older). Stop worrying about the bills, but don't stop doing. Let that preoccupation be the fuel to change your situation, but don't let it swallow you.

Congrats man, that's a great news. Don't worry too much about the bills, everyone who came to this world has an equal portion of this world that belongs to them. No one is made and left without anything. Their portion is given through their parents at first and through their honest work later on. That's how the universe works.

Quit worrying, enjoy the moment, enjoy being a dad of two.

That's a piece of great advice. What about you, @notNewB? Are you happy?

Getting there. I’m definitely thankful for what I have. But happiness for me is a journey and I’m still on it; trying to find and become who I want to be.

I feel you. Good luck with your journey.

Now I'm paralyzed and want to hide somewhere nobody will find me.

Mostly frustration and hunger, but maybe I will reach the level of being able to sustain myself and feel something positive one day.

Today I would bang my head against the wall or do something really stupid. Would punch something for hours. Life is so bad here.

Can't express how bad it is but I don't know what's it's going to be like in 1 day. My only need I can meet is drinking water.

So horrible.

I know exactly how you're feeling. I have been living my whole life on the edge. Try to make the best out of each day, even if it's just the best YOU can give. And seek help. I know that's the last thing we want to do in these situations, but if you know someone you trust, ask for help. A small help or sacrifice from another person could entirely change your life.

Get to live everyday, i see morning and nights.
Have a loving family.
I have regrets of past , but it definitely made me a better version of myself with time i got maturity and learnt how to let go.

Yes i am happy with my life and myself, i have shelter, clothes to wear and food. Which is a blessing.

If you ever feel life is getting hard and it's not worth it , just visit to a emergency ward, disabled facilities or a mental asylum. You'll fell how blessed you're and you'll have a different perspective for this world.

Be thankful of what you've even you've thousands of things to achieve.

Go slow , but go with peace of mind and never Chase money so hard that you compromise other things.

Maintain the balance and life will treat you so right.

Love laugh earn enjoy <3

Great advice. Keep counting all your blessings.

Being happy for various people means various different things or various different feelings, etc, etc.
What brings happiness to one person, may bring sadness to another person and vice versa. Being happy nowadays is very subjective.

I agree. At the same time, we can all be happy for the same reason if we share (some of) the same perspective.

just need a hug and I'll be back on top

Even if we're on a forum full of strangers, there are probably a dozen people that would hug you here alone. You probably wouldn't want to hug them though, lol.

Thanks to everyone who decided to open up and share their feelings. Until the next therapy session, guys.

Hi thx yeah I agree. except I don't expect them to return or give me anything back.

Not at all, I have so many things to do every day. Also, I don't have more money, that's annoying

There are various (thousands or more) aspects to being or feeling happy. Sometimes 1 (ONE) of those many aspects is money (ofcourse it is not the only aspect though) :-
Money may or may not always bring happiness. But happiness combined with purposeful business action along with hard & smart work, quite often brings in money.
And any money that one earns, that money resulting or not resulting in happiness, quite often depends on how money is earned and how money is spent, how money is invested, etc.

It's difficult to see an affiliate platform that offers a 60% commission in selling digital products but I've got one for all.
Don't feel shy. Go ahead and mention which is the affiliate platform.
Or is it your usual attempt at luring members who may be gullible enough to contact you via PM ? as you've been doing (see https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/i-really-want-to-make-10k-this-month.1450034/#post-15798015) :-
I just need 20 people to say interested by chatting me up via email.

Oh, man, I am happy and I am grateful for every bit of it. I'm good looking, healthy both mentally and physically, I get along with my parents very well and they are healthy, I have a job that I (almost) like and it is a valuable one here where I live. I know my life values and I have all the means I need to fight for them.

Honestly speaking, sometimes I think I've been in the easy mode so far, and knowing this might not last forever makes me worry.

I cleaned up my apartment and put money into... toilet paper and detergents.

I will take things of "the least importance" as the highest priority cause focusing on "the big stuff" doesn't seem to work. You know, working 14 hours a day, forgetting to eat, drinking coffee and little social interaction. Serotonin doesn't seem to exist in this type of schedule. It's like dopamine and noradrenaline plus horrendous amounts of cortisol. I did it for years. Don't do that. Literally glued mentally and physically to my desk, even when there is no computer.

When you feel bad, you blame things such as money and people. It turns out what is the problem is what is in front of yourself. And you can actually control it. You can't control money and people - but you try and you see the opposite effects - they don't feel good about you trying to control them and turn their back on you which frustrates you even more. You have to control things that you can control. Otherwise, you will feel useless as you will feel like you can't change anything in the world as nothing changes due to your actions. And evolutionally there is nothing worse for man than to feel useless.

Crazy stuff how my mental situation improved in a few hours. And it's not the first time I caught myself up in this crap.

If you are responsible for cleaning, cooking, do this first. Nobody will do it for you.

I already asked my relative for help. They help me, but I still can't get the fact I can't just skip some responsibilities. I wasn't raised by a responsible father - he is kind of 4 beers in the evening / smoking 20 cigs per day type of person ignoring the fact he has 3 children and a wife. Now he's going to be divorced. Shit my mother had to go through is similar to my own. All 3 kids, including me, are very aggressive in certain situations. When we're angry, it's the type of malovelence that makes you want to run away and call us psychopaths.

Pills don't help. It's all psychology and taking care of things you can take care of, that includes your diet (everything you eat, including supplements like magnesium 60% of people are deficient in), toilet and body.

Yes, for me I considered happiness to be one my priority, because is only when you are happy you will progress.
And what ever I am doing I am trying to find happy makes me happy, and then enjoy it to keep me moving.

This is the kind of knowledge most people lack nowadays. Your diet has an enormous influence on your energy levels and your mood. We are all lacking nutrients and that reflects in our minds. Magnesium is the perfect example, include it in your diet and you will be less prone to many mental issues.

Back in time, this was common knowledge. Romans used to say "Mens sana in corpore sano" - which translates into "a healthy mind in a healthy body". There's a world behind this and this is probably not the right place to talk about it. All I will say s that if you are looking for support without going the medical route, there is something called ashwagandha. Look it up.

I'm glad that you took care of "things of the least importance" because that's what our daily life consists of. It's our joys and our triggers. Taking care of your space is another big part of this. As for anger management, I still don't have the perfect solution for that. I'm sure you found your way to cope with it, in my case, it's just trying to focus on the breath.

Good. Keep trying to be happy, but you will need to progress even on days when you're not.

No , life is so hard , fast and fake. 20 years befoe it was cool.

Sounds like you need a break. Take some time for yourself or visit some old friends, and you will remember that some things never change - even 20 years apart.

No, My GF just left me because another guy. And my body is getting fat day by day. THANK YOU SIR
