Are you using a system for this?

Haha, no I'm talking about services which help you improve your traffic quality score at the ad networks.

For example, here's an old thread from someone:

There used to be services for this, but I haven't seen anyone talking about them recently.

Just don't buy pop traffic, cheap native, mobile, or anything from unknown networks, and you will be fine
On another note, I have seen that System1 is asking people who have clicked on a taboola/outbrain ad to first solve a captcha. Bots will be filtered out, but also a lot of human traffic. The ones that do end up on the website are 100% humans, so therefore a high TQ score.
