Well, I don't really want to get into the whole political thing (as we aren't really supposed to), but I will say this:
The number one thing I've learned is: YOU HAVE TO LOOK OUT FOR YOURSELF! Seriously, politicians, politics, the people that run the country, whatever, whatever, all you can worry about is YOU. Make as much fuckin' money as possible for yourself, ensure your own survival, possibly diversify into some precious metal as a protection against devaluation of paper currency. Look out for yourself!
You know that "alternative energy" is hot, and if I had the smarts or knowhow, I'd be ALL over that stuff. Find a way to make solar panels/energy more cost effective, wind power more effective, **water**, etc. There's too many damn people on the planet, all need energy, all need food and water.. Look out for yourself and set yourself up to be ok/safe/ontop/whatever.
Make that money.
My plan: make a crap load of money, move to somewhere somewhat isolated, have high speed internet, alternative energy sources, and tell everyone else to F off and leave me alone.
*dreams* hmmm.. maybe a castle with walls... lol

why does everyone blame Bush for everything? Everyone is watching the Games and next thing you know Putin and his cronies start crap. Some how its USA faults? Even Russia says well if the USA can bomb Serbia why can't we bomb Georgia? You all need to listen to the Russian cronies talk on the news about how they are preventing ethnic cleansing? Seems like the cool thing in the USA and the World is to blame Bush... well you all only have a few more months of it unless you plan on blaming him after he leaves office. Read about Russias history and see why they are wanting all these countries back in their union. I still think if Bush lost the election we would not have global warming or high gas prices. For the ones that think USA makes money of wars??? last i checked our country is in a HUGE financial crisis that is causing the worlds markets to drop everyday. No worries though Obammy is on his way... Things will get better for sure!!
