i have that problem every now and then on my iphone....but i realy dont use skype that much for the last 2 years since i got viber and whats app
I had that problem every now and then on my pc but when every it happend i would close it and re open it again and it would be all good

exactly
If people use skype for friends and stuff,specialy if on a cell then its better to use apps like whats app(has a call option but no video for free) or viber(has call and video for free)
hang outs its the same but it dont use the cell number,it uses the gmail

Skype has never had any problem, until now. I lost all my money because of this delay.

Again i am facing this issue from last 3 hours. Messages are delaying in sending.Not instant
