For some people, therapy helped a lot, but there are some people who believes it's just a scam or waste of time, what is your take about it?

For me: i'm currently doing therapy and it's helping me, not a lot, but it's being useful, you just need to find the right fit, there are many bad therapists out there, like in any other job, but once you find a good one, it can be very useful

Honestly if it works for you then yeah keep going, but I spent three sessions with someone who basically just mirrored everything I said back as a question and charged $150/hour for it. The good ones are rare but when you find them it's like finding a developer who actually reads documentation.

I am. It's fine. Was expecting some kind of psychological medical miracle but it turn outs, to no one's surprise, the only one that can truly help you, is you.

Na, it works better to just go out in the woods and scream your lungs out, very liberating.

I'm not in therapy myself, but I know it helps many people when they find the right therapist. Like any service, the experience depends a lot in the person you're working with.

therapist may not be able to solve everything right away, but it is imprtant to have someone who listens to what you say. It applie to any profession where the level of profesionalism is extremely different.

Most peoples need connections with other peoples to solve some of their menthal problems . The fact that you went to therapy and it feel like it helped you is fine but you can go meet other peoples who have a good time and get in most cases same effect.

I was a bit skeptical about therapy at first, but after trying it, I realized it can actually be helpful. It’s not like you walk in and magically fix everything, but having someone guide you and help you see things differently can make a big difference. Finding the right therapist is the real challenge.
