Are You an AWESOME Landing Page Designer?

I'm looking to hire an awesome landing page designer. Willing to pay $20/hr. I will put you on contract for 2 days, and if I like your work, we will work out something long-term. We are an e-commerce site that a professional service. We are COMPLETELY white-hat, and we're looking for someone with experience designing simple, elegant landing pages that CONVERT. You may want to look for someone that can code a landing page as well as design, as most people that just design... well just design.
