I know that this place is overwhelming with all the information that you can find, the great tools in the downloads section, and all the wonderful services offered here.

I would like to know just how many people are addicted to this place.

I will admit that I have to set a time limit for myself on this site. I will visit for about an hour in the morning and then another hour in the evening. I will also admit that I have spent 8 - 10 hours reading on this site back in 2008 when I first found it.

    So ...

    ARE YOU ADDICTED TO BHW?

I were also addicted in the beginning. Why?

Because i was very new to this, and wanted to learn fast to make fast cash.
Now i use to update the forum quite often, but not as much as before.
Maybe 1,5 hours effective time on the forum, some on IRC, rest i work with my projects.

Yeah, this place can suck you right in. If I knew then what I know now, I would have just picked a method that peaked my interest and ran with it. Only came back for questions and help. Instead I read 10,000 methods, LOL.

This place is the most informative site I have ever found online, and has really helped me, but I have to limit myself, or I end up spending the entire day reading and learning things that I have no use for at the time, then I forget how to use the new information by the time I am in need of it and have to reread it anyways.

Yeah, when I first discovered this site I was on for a couple of hours a day for the first few days. But after you get caught up and up to date you will find that you just log-in to see what's new.

Haha.. Yeah i would call it selfcontrol yourself with a timer or something. But i do check any interested posts in those sections.. answering my pms.. then i do some work, updating the forum again, see if new posts, then work again.. and last thing i do is to update it.. this with an overall time of 1,5 hour per day..

I don't get any messages to check, but I will admit that before the work day is over and I put my computer up, I have to read through the home page a couple of times. Answer any questions that I can answer and see what is going on. LOL.

Usually when people first join the forum, they tend to spend a lot of time here. At least that is the way it was for me. Hopefully, they will get the basics of internet marketing, learn some new methods, and get down to the nitty-gritty of putting what they have learned into ACTION.

BHW can be very seductive and even overwhelming to some. However, after a few months of being a newbie and after you get the basics down, it is important to grab a method that appeals to you and work the hell out of it. There are lots of new "Shiny Objects" that are always being posted on the boards and it takes some self discipline to be able to pull yourself away and get out there and work your campaigns and STICK WITH IT. Many people have a tendency to try something for a week or so and then abandon it for the latest, greatest new money making method. I can tell you from experience that it just won't work for you if you do that. Perseverance is the key. And the basics of internet marketing never change.

Best of Luck to all of the newbies on the forum. You CAN make a
lot of money in this game. And above all, NEVER GIVE UP :)

    Cheers! - "Wiz"

Same with me.. I lurked and read occasionally for a few months.. and then when I made my account I spent a week or two straight reading this forum all the time. Now I just check in, answer PMs, etc etc.. less than an hour per day.

    I voted that I'm addicted.. but it's a good addiction.. right? :)

I think it is good if you have some control over it. I say for every $10.00 you make per day, you can spend 1 hour on BHW. LOL. That would be a good goal to set.

I just had to start limiting myself to how much time I spent reading and exploring new things.

Withdrawal symptoms? Yes, I have seen it all; the shaky hands, mouse tremors and even blurry vision. On the plus side I have seen traffic doubled and hope to get it to 4X soon. And if I make some real money then I'll consider BHW an addiction I can live with.
